Due to ecological concerns and past creek bed damage, only vehicles with high clearance (8” or higher) will be allowed in to the Orestimba Corral area. Standard passenger vehicles will be parked along County Line Road. Shuttles will be available to help transport camping gear.
If you want to camp somewhere other than the Orestimba Corral area, you can park your vehicle anywhere on Kaiser-Aetna Road between Center Flats Road and County Line Road.  Be sure to park at the edge of the road in a spot where your vehicle won't block the flow of traffic.
You can camp at your vehicle, or you can carry your camping gear any distance away from your vehicle and set up camp.
Shuttle vehicles will be available on Friday afternoon and all day on Saturday and Sunday to transport people to destinations along Kaiser-Aetna Road and back to their vehicles.
All sorts of guided hikes and other activities will be offered on Saturday and Sunday.  If your application is accepted, you'll receive a detailed schedule of the activities in plenty of time to make plans.  Activity schedules will also be posted at the event.
Visitors must be in their vehicles and heading out of the park by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
