Membership

Section 1: Membership Qualifications

Membership is open, regardless of race, religion, national origin, ancestry, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status, age, sex, or sexual orientation, to any person interested in furthering the aims of the Association.  Membership fees are to be set by the Board of Directors, and payment of such fees is required for membership.

Section 1: Annual Membership Meeting

An annual open meeting for members shall be held on a date established by mutual consent of the Board of Directors at any place within a fifty mile radius of the corporate office. Notice of the meeting must be mailed to members at least 30 days in advance. A quorum for a membership meeting is at least 15 percent of the current voting members.
