PRA Blog

This might be a good place to put a blog, maybe from the PRA President or a guest writer, talking about something that's going on within the PRA, the board, the park, or ?? This placeholder is in a single article format, but can be replaced by a blog format showing the intro to the latest blog entry (the first paragraph or two would be here with a "read more..." link) followed by a list of two or three previous entries. It could also just be left out.
